Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of INIT, including our mobile applications, website and related services.
By creating an account, applying to join INIT or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. About INIT
INIT is a platform that connects approved public relations professionals and other eligible promoters or representatives ("PRs") with participating businesses ("Businesses").
INIT enables PRs to discover Businesses, make and manage bookings for guests, and earn commissions where applicable. It enables Businesses to receive and manage bookings and work with PRs through the platform.
INIT facilitates these relationships and transactions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, INIT does not own, operate or control the Businesses listed on the platform and is not the provider of the hospitality, accommodation, transportation, entertainment or other services offered by them.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.
Access to INIT is subject to application and approval. We may approve or reject an application, request additional information, or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform and its community.
You must provide accurate and current information and may not impersonate another person or business, create misleading accounts or allow unauthorized use of your account.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
To delete your profile, go to Account → Profile → Edit profile → Delete profile.
3. Bookings
PRs may submit booking requests for guests through participating Businesses.
A booking is subject to the Business's availability, acceptance, policies and any conditions communicated through INIT. Submission of a request does not guarantee acceptance.
Businesses are responsible for keeping their information and availability reasonably accurate and for honoring bookings they accept, subject to their applicable policies and circumstances outside their reasonable control.
PRs are responsible for providing accurate booking and guest information and for communicating relevant booking conditions to their guests.
Bookings may be modified, cancelled, rejected or otherwise affected by the applicable Business's policies.
4. Business Services
Each Business is solely responsible for the products and services it provides, including their quality, safety, legality, pricing, availability and compliance with applicable laws.
Any agreement for hospitality, accommodation, transportation, entertainment or other services is between the Business and the relevant customer or guest.
INIT is not responsible for the acts, omissions, service quality, availability or conduct of a Business, PR, guest or other third party.
5. Commissions and Booking Values
Certain completed bookings may generate commissions or other amounts payable to eligible PRs and INIT.
Applicable commission rates, calculations and other commercial terms may be displayed within INIT or agreed separately with the relevant Business.
Businesses must provide accurate information regarding completed bookings and bill values where required for commission calculation.
A booking may only qualify for commission when it satisfies the applicable requirements, including confirmation that the booking was completed.
INIT may review, correct, reject or reverse amounts associated with cancelled bookings, no-shows, duplicate entries, incorrect information, fraud, abuse or other invalid activity.
Users are responsible for any taxes, declarations or obligations applicable to amounts they receive through INIT, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Fair Use and Conduct
You must use INIT lawfully and in good faith.
You may not manipulate bookings, commissions, bills, referrals or other platform activity; submit false information; create artificial transactions; misuse another user's information; interfere with the platform; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or copy protected platform data; or use INIT for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful purposes.
PRs and Businesses must treat guests and other INIT users professionally and must not use information obtained through INIT for unauthorized purposes.
We may investigate suspicious activity and may withhold, correct or reverse affected transactions while an investigation is conducted.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, information provided is false or misleading, fraudulent or abusive activity has occurred, continued access creates legal or security risk, or suspension is reasonably necessary to protect INIT, its users or third parties.
You may stop using INIT at any time and may request account deletion through the methods provided by INIT.
Certain records may be retained where required for legitimate business, accounting, fraud-prevention or legal purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy and subject to applicable law.
8. Platform Availability
We aim to keep INIT available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Features, Businesses, eligibility requirements and platform functionality may change over time. We may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary.
Information supplied by Businesses, PRs or other third parties may not always be complete or current.
9. Intellectual Property
INIT and its software, branding, design, content and technology are owned by or licensed to INIT and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use INIT for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify or commercially exploit any part of INIT except where expressly permitted by law or by us in writing.
Business names, trademarks, photographs and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Privacy
Your use of INIT is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using INIT, you acknowledge that information necessary to operate bookings and the platform may be processed and shared between relevant parties, such as a PR and the Business receiving a booking, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You must only provide personal information about guests or other individuals when you are authorized to do so and where its use is lawful.
11. Third-Party Services
INIT may rely on or provide access to third-party services, including communications, maps, authentication, payment, analytics or other technology providers.
Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. INIT is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
INIT is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
INIT acts as a platform facilitating connections and bookings between independent parties. We do not guarantee the conduct of any PR, Business or guest, the availability or quality of any Business service, or any particular commercial result from using INIT.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INIT and its owners, officers, employees and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or services provided by third parties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or statutory right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold INIT harmless from claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of INIT, your material breach of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of another person or entity.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, business practices or legal requirements change.
The updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date. Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we may provide additional notice where appropriate or required by law.
Continued use of INIT after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or the use of INIT will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lebanon.
